Design changes
Share changes as early as possible. The owner will confirm whether a change is workable and whether it affects the quote.
Allergens and storage
Customers must disclose allergies and dietary requirements before acceptance. Storage guidance is provided with the confirmed order when relevant.
Privacy
Request details and uploaded reference images are kept in the private owner dashboard. Customer uploads are not public unless separately published by the owner.
